Officials with the Kentucky Cabinet for Health & Family Services have proposed changes to the state's health plan, a 45-page document containing regulations used to determine whether health care providers can add or expand services in the state.
Most of the changes released this week in the cabinet's annual update to its biennial health plan are minor and are not likely to affect health care operators in Louisville, according to leaders of local health care organizations.
