New Boss at Health Centre

The Guelph Community Health Centre has announced that Michael Barkley will serve as its interim executive director from July 1 until next Feb. 4.

Barkley has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the health care field and a background in the health, social service and community economic development sectors, a news release said.

Barkley will serve as the interim executive director while Konnie Peet takes a leave of absence to volunteer as an AIDS worker in Africa.
