Family Health Care joins CMMC

Family Health Care Associates, a group of five family-medicine physicians located in Auburn, has announced that is will become a clinical department of Central Maine Medical Center, effective Sept. 1.

Physicians and providers within the Family Health Care Associates include Charles Burns, M.D., Peter Elias, M.D., Michael Rifkin, M.D., Sarah Skelton, M.D., and Raymond Tardif, M.D.; nurse practitioners Amy Bergeron, Dianne Paine and Jeri Wade; and Susanne D'Angelo, a registered dietician. All physicians are certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Laboratory and radiology services are also offered on site.
